Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness



In addition to my training as a therapist, I have spent hundreds of hours being trained in mindfulness-based techniques, completing the extensive requirements and supervision in order to become a Certified iRest® Teacher/Facilitator and a Certified  I AM Yoga Nidra™ Teacher/Facilitator. Combined, I have over 300 certified hours of mindfulness training. Join me and experientially learn that you already have the right response to your situation, that there is a place of ease and well-being within you, and that a full life is waiting for you regardless of your circumstances.

From my own recovery from a traumatic brain injury and chronic pain lasting almost a decade, I have a sense of the dark clouds that can overwhelm us. Thousands of hours of practicing these techniques and practices have brought me to a place where I can be more fully with life as it is, and with you, as you are. Such presence is perhaps the greatest healer.
