Perhaps you're feeling stuck.
Stuck in anxiety, grief, chronic pain, uncertainty, relationship struggles, or a season of life that feels overwhelming. Perhaps you've lost touch with yourself and are longing to feel more connected—to your own inner wisdom, to the people you care about, and to life itself.
These experiences are deeply human. Most of us encounter them at some point along the way.
I know something about these struggles both professionally and personally. Alongside my training as a Licensed Professional Counselor, my own journey through traumatic brain injury and chronic pain taught me lessons about healing, resilience, and the importance of compassionate presence that no textbook could provide.
My approach integrates counseling, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and experiential practices that help people reconnect with their natural capacity for healing and well-being. Together, we create space to slow down, listen deeply, and discover what is already present within you.
I believe that healing is not about becoming someone different. It is about learning to meet yourself—and your life—with greater awareness, compassion, and courage.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply showing up.
